Oregon Surrogacy Center

Oregon Surrogacy Center is a surrogacy agency based in Portland, with its main office at 650 NE Holladay Street in the Lloyd District and satellite offices in Eugene and Salem. The agency says its staff are all people with personal experience of surrogacy or donation, as former surrogates, donors or parents through surrogacy.

Its program covers the full gestational surrogacy journey: recruiting and supporting surrogates, matching them with intended parents, and coordinating each stage from the first consultation through delivery. The website explains Oregon's legal environment for surrogacy and estimated program costs, and it offers free consultations to both parents and prospective surrogates.

The agency serves LGBTQ+ families and international intended parents through dedicated program pages, and states its commitment to ethical surrogacy practices.
