About

The Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science (IRMS) was established in 1995 at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, and became one of the state's long-running hospital-affiliated IVF programs. In 2022 the practice, then employing 11 reproductive endocrinologists across eight offices in New Jersey and New York, was acquired by CCRM Fertility and now operates as CCRM Fertility of New Jersey.

The Livingston office is located in the East Wing of the Saint Barnabas campus at 94 Old Short Hills Road, Suite 403. Its physician team includes Natalie Cekleniak, Serena Chen, Sarah Hessler and Patricia Hughes, and the practice has long emphasized single embryo transfer in its IVF program.

Services cover fertility testing, IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing and oncofertility preservation, along with egg and sperm donor options, gestational carrier cycles and family building for LGBTQIA+ patients. As part of CCRM, patients have access to the network's broader clinic system across the United States and Canada.
