Expect Miracles Surrogacy

Expect Miracles Surrogacy is a gestational surrogacy agency that has worked with intended parents and surrogates since 2007. It is organized as Expect Miracles Surrogacy, LLC, based in San Diego, and describes itself as a national network of surrogates; its team draws on parents, former surrogates and fertility professionals.

The agency lists San Diego as its home base, with additional locations named on its site including Sacramento and Phoenix as well as Yuma, Arizona, Boca Raton, Florida and Alma, Arkansas. Surrogates are recruited from across the country, and the agency says it supports journeys in all 50 states and for families abroad.

Its work is surrogate matching and case coordination. Intended parents can create a profile, browse available surrogate profiles online and request introductions, after which a dedicated coordinator manages screening, legal clearance, medical steps and pregnancy through delivery, working with IVF clinics, attorneys and escrow companies. Surrogates receive 24/7 support, mentoring and help understanding requirements and compensation. The intake form offers WhatsApp and WeChat as contact options for families outside the U.S.
