Delaware Institute for Reproductive Medicine, PA

The Delaware Institute for Reproductive Medicine (DIRM) was founded in 1986 by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Jeffrey B. Russell and is described as the first fertility treatment center in Delaware. In 2022 it joined the Boston IVF network, and the Newark clinic now operates as Everleap Fertility, Newark, under the Everleap brand that unites RMA, Boston IVF, Conceptions and several other North American practices backed by IVI Institute.

The Newark clinic is located at 620 Churchmans Road, Suite 300, and works alongside sister sites in Milford, Delaware, and Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Dr. Emelia Bachman is medical director, and the team includes reproductive endocrinologists Dr. Adrienne Neithardt and Dr. George Kovalevsky, two advanced practice providers, and urologist Dr. Puneet Masson for male fertility care.

Services include infertility testing, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, egg, sperm and embryo freezing for fertility preservation, and gestational carrier cycles. The clinic treats single patients, transgender patients and same-sex couples, and offers referrals for acupuncture, nutrition and emotional support.
