Alcea Surrogacy

Alcea Surrogacy is a full-service gestational surrogacy agency based in New York City. It was founded by CEO Angela Richardson-Mook, a former six-time gestational carrier and egg donor. Much of the leadership team, including Chief Growth Officer Christy Williams, are former surrogates or intended parents, and the agency describes its approach as shaped by that personal experience.

The office is at 287 Park Avenue South in Manhattan. Alcea matches intended parents with screened gestational surrogates. It opens intended-parent consultations only when it has surrogates far enough along in screening, a model meant to keep wait times short. Services range from full-service surrogacy to standalone fertility consultations and private client management. The agency also supports its surrogates throughout the journey and runs a community co-op.

Alcea works with domestic and international intended parents, LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, heterosexual couples and single parents. It follows New York's Child-Parent Security Act and its surrogate bill of rights.
