James Gilbaugh

Dr. James Gilbaugh is a board-certified urologist who concentrates on male infertility at The Center for Reproductive Medicine in Wichita, Kansas, which he joined in January 2025 after more than 30 years with Wichita Urology. He studied chemistry and mathematics at the University of Oregon, received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University, and completed urology residency at the University of California, San Diego. He then pursued fellowship training in male infertility at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He has written journal articles and textbook chapters on male reproductive problems and has been active in organized medicine, including terms as president of the Sedgwick County Medical Society and the Kansas Medical Society.
