Dr. Luis Noble is a reproductive endocrinologist who founded and led the Southwest Center for Reproductive Health in El Paso, Texas, where for about three decades he was the city's only IVF specialist. He retired in May 2026, and Pozitivf has since taken over fertility care at the same Mesa Hills Drive address with his endorsement. He earned his medical degree at the ITESM-EMIS medical school in Monterrey, Mexico, completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, and trained in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at UT Southwestern in Dallas, with additional research training in reproductive endocrinology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
