威廉·弗雷耶（William Freije）医生是一名生殖内分泌医生，现任加州橙县 Laguna Hills 的 Ember Fertility Center（原名 Envita Fertility Center）医疗总监。他在 Occidental College 获得生物学学位，在 Tufts University 获得医学博士学位，随后在 Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center 完成妇产科实习及住院医师培训。他先在 Johns Hopkins University 开始生殖内分泌与不孕不育 fellowship 培训，之后在达拉斯的 University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center 完成该培训。此后他在 UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine 获得人类遗传学博士学位，并曾在 UCLA 指导 fellow、住院医师和医学生。他获得妇产科及 REI 双重委员会认证，提供 IVF、PGT、卵子冷冻及生育外科手术，并可亲自为患者进行遗传咨询。他能说英语和西班牙语。
