Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists, LLC (WSS) is a gestational surrogacy agency in Fairfield, Connecticut, founded around 2000 by attorney Victoria T. Ferrara, who remains its legal director. Ferrara has practiced assisted reproduction law for more than 25 years, also runs The Ferrara Law Group, and argued Raftopol v. Ramey before the Connecticut Supreme Court, a case that preceded the state's Connecticut Parentage Act. She is the author of Gestational Surrogacy: The Definitive Guide.

The agency works from an office on Post Road in Fairfield and describes itself as the only surrogacy agency based in Connecticut. Its staff includes surrogate screening and journey coordinators, a clinical psychologist, an escrow manager, and team members who have been surrogates themselves.

WSS manages the full surrogacy process, from surrogate screening and matching through legal agreements, escrow administration and pregnancy support, with in-house legal guidance. It follows the screening recommendations of ASRM, the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and SEEDS. The agency serves intended parents from across the United States and other countries, works with international surrogacy attorneys, and supports LGBTQ+ families.
