Vermont Surrogacy Network

Vermont Surrogacy Network, LLC (VSN) is a gestational surrogacy agency based in St. Albans, Vermont. It opened in September 2014 as a collaboration between Burlington adoption and surrogacy attorney Kurt Hughes and Jes Stumpf, a former gestational surrogate who has led the agency as executive director and became its sole owner in 2023. The founders started it so that Vermont residents would no longer need to rely on out-of-state agencies for matching.

VSN recruits and screens gestational carriers and matches them with intended parents, coordinating the journey from consultation through birth. Alongside its standard matching program, it offers lower-cost "Compassionate Carry" support packages for intended parents who need a lighter level of service.

The agency invites intended parents from anywhere in the world to apply.
