Hillary Pearson

Dr. Hillary Pearson is a fertility specialist at Spring Fertility in New York, caring for patients on Long Island. She received her medical degree from the University at Buffalo, completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at North Shore University Hospital/Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where she was research chief resident, and finished her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Her clinical interests include IVF, fertility preservation, recurrent pregnancy loss, reproductive genetics and PCOS/PMOS, with particular attention to patients facing complex diagnoses. She has presented research nationally on recurrent pregnancy loss, embryo transfer outcomes and how infertility diagnoses affect treatment success, and has contributed to work on fertility counseling for transgender patients. She also speaks French.
