Dr. Francisco Batres is a retired obstetrician-gynecologist and fertility physician from Little Rock, Arkansas. Over a career of more than 45 years he cared for patients seeking to build their families, and in 2004 he co-founded Arkansas Fertility & Gynecology Associates together with Dr. Dean Moutos. The practice has announced his retirement and credits him with a long record of patient care and early work in reproductive medicine in Arkansas. He is no longer seeing patients.
